We are committed to improving the quality of life for those experiencing mental illness and specialise in therapeutic interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns.

We offer in-home visits or telehealth appointments and work with clients and their support network to build positive habits and routines that contribute to overall health and wellbeing.

Practical real-life support

We offer complete occupational therapy support from assessment through to implementation.

Our services include:

  • Comprehensive assessment of daily living skills
  • Cognitive screening
  • Advice on the impact of cognitive impairment on living skills
  • Sensory assessment
  • Development of independent living skills
  • Recommendations for compensatory strategies
  • Sensory modulation
  • Recommendation of equipment or assistive technology
  • Recommendations regarding employment capabilities to support engagement at work

NDIS

Helping an individual build capacity for everyday tasks and meaningful activities can be achieved through a wide range of services. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) recognises the importance of occupational therapy in mental health recovery.

We can help those who self-manage or use a plan manager for their NDIS plan.
